This Class is designed to teach students (6.5 years -13 years) how to use their minds and bodies for defending themselves, and to stand up for themselves. They grow in confidence through training fundamentals in striking, kicking, blocking, and through a system of techniques designed to have the students discover principles of leverage on an opponent. Also, skills are learned and applied so the student can see what works and what does not.
What students get is a positive experience and environment for them to discover their capabilities in a martial context, and for them to transfer those lessons and apply them in life.
