Guided by the experts, this ancient tradition has evolved into the holistic system known as Moore's Shou Shu. Now entrusted to Shun Shifu Michael Yerzy, who ensures that the profound art of street self-defense is accessible to all, at the Monterey chapter of Moore’s Martial Arts.

MMA’s relationship to Moore’s Martial Arts
Monterey Martial Arts – Moore’s Shou Shu is an affiliate school of Moore’s Martial Arts. We proudly teach a tried and true system of seven styles and are committed to evolving that system to ensure every student discovers in a positive and friendly environment what works and what does not work so they can effectively protect themselves for real-world situations; for a lifetime of health, safety and quality relationships.
